My Photo

  • Part PF and part frugal living (with a dash of purpose, passion and creativity thrown in), this blog explores my fascination with all things money, my relationship with $, and my quest to not always reach for it as the first, best or only solution.

I don't even know what those things are other than when you've mentioned them and other than Firefox which is what I have. And I'm not sure I really understand what they even are, but I do understand frustration with slow moving internet. My beloved old laptop is still going, but there's lots of stuff I can't do with it because it just simply won't load. Sometimes I feel like I'd throw it across the room. But I'd never really do that! :) Good luck with yours. You need it to be running faster/smoother for your blogs and stuff.

IE (Internet Explorer) and Firefox are browsers that enable you to get to different sites, kind of like how a car brings you to different places. But if you have a clunker of a car or not enough gas, well then you sometimes get stuck. Not sure if that's a good analogy but... ;)

Actually, it is a perfect analogy. I understand entirely now.
